New Button Venue for Instant Access to Telephone Recordings

Just last week we announced a new integration with SCS Unified Communications. It provides instant access to all telephone call recordings associated with a number or set of  numbers in either a Callsheet or JobRecord (in both Current and Archived categories).

Afterward, we realized we'd omitted another important location, where you might want to have that same ability: the ServiceDesk Rolodex (accessed via keyboard-shortcut F4).

A button is now there, for the purpose:

Emailing of CC Receipt Now Available via RosswarePay

When you use Rossware's own and fully-integrated payment gateway, RosswarePay, you have the option, after running a CC transaction, of creating a CC receipt:
