ServiceDesk 4.8.299 Update 01/22/25
ServiceDesk software, Version 4.8.299, released on January 22,2025, introduces a new navigation tool for scrolling through callsheets. The Cyberlink utility also has a new version released at this time, Version 4.5.105, which allows Cyberlink to utilize the General Company Email Signature.

ServiceDesk Release Details
Currently, you can navigate through callsheets through three primary ways:
Page by page using PgUp, PgDn, Ctrl + Home or PgUp, and Ctrl + End or PgDn
Skipping to your assigned callsheets using Alt + Backspace or Alt + Enter.
Using the universal Windows search, Control + F.
This new feature allows you to use clickable buttons to navigate forward and backward through the callsheet pages or jump directly to the first available empty callsheet. The navigation buttons are found in the upper left corner of the callsheet screen.
Cyberlink Release Details
ServiceDesk has long allowed HTML signatures to be appended to ServiceDesk and SD-MobileLink generated emails such as appointment confirmations and invoices. This release of Cyberlink allows Cyberlink to append the general company signature to confirmation emails. More information about HTML signatures can be found here: How to Setup Email.PDF on page 12.
Minor Fixes and Improvements
Other minor fixes and improvements found in this version update are:
fixed bug when deleting a selling dealer from the UIS interface
improved 5/6 character partial match support for Canadian postal codes allowing grid reference reassignment when updating or expanding service territories
fixed bug in Cyberlink confirmation emails for scenario 2 and 3
