Option to Make GraphHopper Whole-Roster Optimization Honor Tech/Zone Associations
The last-prior release featured, among other things, very enhanced methodologies by which to internally harness associations that you might create between techs and zones (see here).
Having done that, the next logical step was to make it so, if you are employing GraphHopper-based Whole-Roster optimization, that AI engine may likewise be informed by those same tech/zone associations.
In fact, you may choose to have GraphHopper use your tech/zone associations, or not.
