Editing your files

In regards to editing, you can simply use the default Windows Paint or Windows Paint 3D; however, there are quite a few free options in image editing programs. One great alternative is InkScape.

Upon editing the files, please verify they are the correct file names and types. Once the files are completed, you will want to place them in the sd/NetData folder. You can navigate to that folder by opening ServiceDesk, clicking on File Functions on the top left, and then clicking About ServiceDesk. Once the About ServiceDesk window opens, you will see lines of text on the bottom left with the second one labeled “NetFilesPath=”. If you click on this line of text, it acts as a link that will open the NetData folder to where both of these files should be placed. I have included a graphic at the bottom of this document to help you navigate to the NetData folder.

I would also like to note that we do offer a service to edit these files for you at a fee of $150 an hour with a half-hour minimum.
