Improved Encompass Direct Order SKU Level Reference Numbers
It was noted that Encompass has several reports that contain significant information that can be imported into ServiceDesk utilizing the new Special Order Bulk Import process. However, the bulk import process requires the ServiceDesk part reference number for matching purposes. With this update, the Encompass direct order process has been improved to transmit the SKU level reference number.
Improved Eliminated Requirement for Leading Zeros in F7 Invoice Search
Previously, ServiceDesk required users to enter full invoice numbers with leading zeros when searching for job records in the current job record form (F7). With this update, you can now search using just the number—for example, typing "9" will find invoice number nine.
