If you are experiencing difficulty with filing claims or using the SP-DispatchLink after migrating to the ServicePower HUB, please do the following:
Enter your Company's Account ID (not the email address used for signing into the HUB) and corresponding password.
If there is a successful login and it goes to the HUB, the password should work. Go to step 4.
If the login fails, please reset your Password.
If the password was reset successfully, repeat Steps 1 and 2.
Enter the verified Company's Account ID and Password into the ServiceDesk claim transmission Window or SP-DispatchLink.
