How to Configure For Clock-in Prompt

This article will describe what conditions need to be met in order for ServiceDesk to display a clock-in prompt when starting ServiceDesk.

In order to have ServiceDesk automatically display a clock-in prompt when opening ServiceDesk the following conditions must be met.

  • The Username in the Settings Form (CTRL F1) and the Username in the Security Form (Shift F11) need to be spelled the same. 

  • The rate of earnings needs to be set in the Rate of Earnings Form (ALT F2) as hourly, and have a value of at least "1" or the actual hourly rate of pay.
