Zebra brand industrial-scale label printer

Edited

For Dymo label-printing options, ServiceDesk is deliberately coded to send a command telling the printer to print in landscape mode.

Zebra printers need to print in portrait mode.

Enabling printing in landscape mode

To accommodate this, we added an option in the printer selection dialog box for this context:

  • From the printer dialogue window presented when printing labels, check the box labeled, 'Refrain from commanding for Landscape mode.'

With this option enabled you can print labels via an industrial-scale Zebra-brand label printer.
