ServiceDesk 4.8.319 Update 05/19/26
ServiceDesk software, Version 4.8.319, and SD-Mobile Windows, Version 2.1.65, released on May 19, 2026, updates the display for Special Order Parts and improves the Whirlpool hotlist.
Release Details:
Improvement: The search all display for Special Order Parts now informs the user if there are more parts than can be displayed.
Improvement: The Whirlpool hotlist has been improved to allow Whirlpool to more rapidly update part information.
Special Order Part Pagination Improvement
When in the job record (F7), you can right click on the Order Parts button and the system will initiate a search of all parts related to the job record. This includes parts that have been ordered, received, or even installed.
The parts will display in a split window view with the current parts (those not fully received and moved to the archive) in the top and archived parts on the bottom. This view had a limitation where if the parts exceeded the display area, they would be cut off and would not display. You can see in the image below, the archived parts (blue) are cut off and not visible.
When this occurs, the system will now display a notification indicating how many parts are in each section (current and archive) and ask you which section you would like to fully display.
Whirlpool Hotlist Update Frequency
This version makes it possible for Whirlpool Corporation to push out an update to the core return hotlist items. It will allow for easier rapid response when alerting users that parts that have failed should be returned to Whirlpool. Users with SD-Mobile for Windows should update to version 2.1.65 to take advantage of this feature.
