Setup for automated customer communications

Please follow these steps to set up your automated communication preferences.

• Press CTRL + F1

• Click on the blue button labeled "Setup for Automated Customer Comms"

  

• Click on the blue button labeled "Set Pref for Comm Types Used"

  

• Set your preferences there

  

• Click "Okay Proceed"

  

• Hit ESC once

• Click on "Save Net-wide Values"
