Manually rebuilding indexes

Edited

Occasionally, it may be necessary to rebuild your indexes manually. For example, if the ServiceDesk responsible for running the AutoArchive was not allowed to run overnight, or if you need to include a customer that was just added to ServiceDesk in the index search return.

The parts process indexes may need to be updated if the 'order parts' button in the JobRecords is not displaying in green as expected when the job has special order parts associated with it.
