Robocall disposition report

Edited

Do you use CyberOffice to confirm upcoming appointments? If not, you should know that ServiceDesk can send reminder emails or automated phone calls (or "robo-calls") to your clients for the next day's appointments. These messages include appointment details and a confirmation request. It's a handy feature.

You can use emails, robo-calls, or a mix of both. When a client confirms, cancels, or reschedules, ServiceDesk updates automatically. It also adds a note to the job's history. In the case of robo-calls, sometimes nothing comes back. This could happen if the client doesn't answer their phone. If you want to know what happened with the robo-call (like how many tries it made, when it happened, or if it left a message), you can use this new feature.

Whenever you see "robo-call" in a job's history, you can double-click it. ServiceDesk will then show you a detailed report on the my.rossware.net website. In short, "robo-call" works as a hyperlink to the report.

So, you can double-click as shown here:

We've added a ToolTip reminder. When you hover your mouse over the JobHistory box, a tooltip will show up anytime the phrase "robo-call" is in a JobRecord's history.
